Dance School of the Year

Shine Studios are the winners of the Gold Award in the Dance School of the Year Awards. Now in its eighth year and run by Anne Walker MBE, the awards aim to recognise outstanding achievement in the dance world. With entries from as far as Bahrain, America, and Australia Shine Studios won gold in the 100-150 students category.

Shine Studios was recognised for its remarkable achievements within the local community including the development of a purpose built dance studio, the inclusion of male dancers in ‘en pointe’ Ballet classes, the Shine Studios Foundation Fund which helps local disadvantaged youngsters and those facing terminal or life-changing illnesses, and fantastic relationships with local schools.

We are absolutely thrilled to win the Gold Award in the Dance School of the Year Awards and it is a privilege to be amongst so many incredible dance schools from across the world.
